Best Formula to reduce weight

The Best formula for reducing your body weight is simple

" Eat fewer calories than you burn. "

But the methods of doing this can vary.
In truth, there is no one "best" way to lose weight — what works for you might not work for someone else.

A study conducted by Dr. Pieter Cohen, an assistant professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School and general internist at Cambridge Health Alliance. recommend for people who would like to shed pounds in a safe, healthy manner :

A person's approach to weight loss should be one that is enjoyable and can be maintained over the long term. " Weight loss shouldn't be about deprivation, because diets that deprive people of their favorite Weight foods tend to be short-lived" People should focus on making lifestyle changes — sometimes even small ones,

 1. if one start cutting down on the sugar in coffee or tea — to their overall calorie intake. While this change might not be producing drastic amounts of weight loss in short periods, but it can produce healthy, gradual weight loss that will counter the natural tendency for people to gain weight as they age.

"If you want to make this commitment to lifestyle changes, then maybe five years from now, you're 10 pounds lighter," Experts said. "If you're doing crash diets, you would probably be 10 pounds more." so you can decrease 20lbs in total in the long run

You can lose more weight if you cut  more calories from your diet . However, trimming too many calories drastically   will likely backfire and can even kill you.

Experts always give  caution and advise  and warn that  many different  restrictive diets — which cut more than 1,200 calories per day — tend to be unsustainable. You might see a rapid weight loss at first, but you'll likely regain much of the weight later on .

For example,  Famous Oprah Winfrey famously lost 65 lbs. (29.4 kg) on a diet that allowed her to consume just 400 calories a day in 24 hours ,  later on she  regained  the weight.

People have to realize just like every aspect of life fitness and eating will never be perfect.  The common quote “it’s not about how many times you fall but about how many times you get back up” fits perfectly into fitness. BEFORE you get demotivated think of it like this, how can you get demotivated and want to quit because one day,

If you have an unexpected day of enjoyment take it for what it was: a day you got to enjoy yourself! Wake up the next day knowing you got it out the way and crush it even harder, run a little faster, eat a little cleaner and in 1-2 days it’s like you never even cheated and your back to where you were.

Just read what actual people who wish to reduce their weight  says about their conditions:

I (H, 6ft) used to be very overweight- about 250 lbs. I then lost a decent amount and got it to like 202 lbish, but have now gotten it back up to 223. I’m really scared of getting back to where I was and want to develop a diet/exercise routine. I also feel that the recent spike in laziness and unhealthy food has taken a toll on my health, I get tired more easily and get out of breath more easily.

It’s a little harder without gyms now, but does anyone have advice on at home workouts? There’s so many YouTube videos and it’s a bit overwhelming to find the best ones for me. I have almost no muscles and would like to put on some muscle mass as well. Also, most of my fat is in my stomach, so I want to trim that.

As for dieting, how much junk food is ok? I know a lot of people say the most important thing is a caloric deficit, so can I eat junk food as long as I count calories? I love food and can eat very large portions, so I think I definitely need to
reduce it drastically.
If you wish to know more  about how to reduce weight amicably

Just watch this video

A successful plan for weight loss is often one that is tailored to an individual's lifestyle and other personal factors.

Often, even small changes in any one's diet can help them to loose weight. For instance, just replacing an unhealthy snack every day with fruits and vegetables, or eliminating an evening snack, can result in weight loss,

But what if you're the type of person who cant resist to "cheat" because you feel hungry? That's where the type of calories and a few other tricks come in.

Though not foolproof, a low fat  diet that's   part-full of protein, fiber and healthy oils, and low in other sugars, may help cravings  of hunger. Researchers also state that nutrients like protein and fibers help  in giving the impression "I'm full" feeling, while refined sugar and  carbohydrates cause to increase certain  point in blood sugar that may increase hunger later,  In that way, people on a low-fat  may feel more satisfied while cutting back on overall calories and thus may be more likely to stick with the diet. So in nut shell actual way is to reduce your intake and enjoy life by cutting on calories.
