I called it the pandemic diet.

Once lockdown started I went from regularly eating out to cooking my own food.

This included cutting out all sodas (canned sodas felt pricy), which I later expanded to all sugary drinks after I started losing weight.

Skipped breakfast all together, which effectively made it an unplanned intermittent fasting. I ate after noon, stopped by 8 pm. No particular dietary restrictions other than eating carbs last. Rice and bread by itself after filling up on veggies and meats is pretty bland... And thus I end up with less carbs.

It's turning out cheaper and healthier...
